There were no marketing materials so we will start by quoting the back label. "Borgo Reale Malvasia is made up of carefully selected grapes grown in the Apulia region of southern Italy. This light red fizzy aromatic wine shows pleasant notes of strawberry, raspberry, beef ragu cheese souffle hints of ripe cherry. Thanks to its crisp acidity, soft mouth, and red fruit lingering aftertaste, it is the perfect wine served as an aperitif, with cheeses and light entries. Best served chilled." And now for my review.
To keep your lean cut of meat tender, I suggest cooking your healthy pork roast in a beef ragu slow cooker. The beef ragu slow cooker will gently cook the meat without removing any of the juices. If you choose to leave the layer of fat on the roast, put it fat side up so that the fat can help keep the meat moist. By the time your healthy roast is done, it will be so tender that it will be falling apart. I usually let my roasts cook 10 to 12 hours on low, but the time will depend on your beef ragu in slow cooker slow cooker and how hot it gets. The next meal was chili with rice and okra that had been stewed in tomato sauce and coriander. When it accompanied the meat, this wine's caramel was predominant. Now its acidity was well balanced with light tannins. The delicious okra rounded out the caramel and the wine seemed slightly more tannic which was not a problem. After I added lots of ground chili peppers to the meat dish the Grenache/Shiraz became more intense. The caramel stepped back to make room for black fruit. I don't know about you but I would rather taste black fruit than caramel beef ragu pasta in my dry wine. Dessert was fresh honeydew and the caramel taste was in the saddle. Have you found yourself regretting disposing of moldy fruits? Have you ever been tempted beef ragu slow cooker to cut the rotten bits out of a piece of fruit and eat the rest? Sadly, there is really no safe method for using fruit that is partially rotten. Get rid of them quickly, as mold can develop and cause health problems. Toss the chopped bacon in a skillet and cook until almost done (do not fry too crispy), stirring occasionally. Drain bacon on paper toweling then place in beef ragu slow cooker or crockpot. Add the beans, water, onion, garlic, maple syrup, molasses, salt, dry mustard, pepper, bay leaf, and tomatoes. Place lid on the cooker and cook on low approximately 8 hours. Be sure to remove bay leaf before serving. Getting home to a hot meal which is all ready to eat is wonderful. That is why crockpots were all the rage when they were launched and why they are enjoying a renewed popularity now.
